Well, we have been home now for just over a week and it's thoroughly depressing! We loved our month in Australia, to the point where I would seriously consider a more permanent visit! I just have to persuade Sally now.

Now we are back, we just wanted to express our thanks once again for ourfantastic wedding. Trying to plan it from the UK seemed fairly simple and this is only because we had such an amazing person on the other end of theemails putting our ideas into action. We honestly don't know how we could have done it without you. I think I told you when we met up, but from that very first email you sent us, we knew that you were the celebrant we wanted.

Thank you also for arranging Howard to take the photos. Again, we couldn't have had a nicer man! We loved his non-pushy attitude and the enthusiasm he showed. I will send a few of them on another email. Feel free to put any of them on your website if you would like. Please also thank Katrina for her helpfulness and support during our 20 months or so correspondence sincewe first contacted you.

I know we had a couple of issues on the run up to the big day, with Qantas grounding their planes, the flowers going out of season and then the big storm just three days before! Obviously we were quite concerned but when I called you to express our concern, it was met with utter calm and we loved
the way that you kicked straight into action and within a few hours had secured an alternative venue within the gardens should we need it. Needlessto say, it wasn't needed and the day turned out to be perfect. I'm putting the credit for the weather down to you as well!

When we met you at the hotel, your warmth and friendliness again instilled confidence in us that we had chosen not just the right celebrant but we wouldn't have wanted anybody else to marry us. All of our friends and family who came out, all said how lovely you were. Please let us know or your travel plans to the UK next year and when you are visiting the Cotswolds, if you have time, we would love to come and meet you and your husband for a drink.

Finally Coral, if there is anything we can say or do to help you get the recognition or award that you deserve, please let us know what we need to do or who we can write to. You are a credit to your profession and an amazing person. You really were a major part to our special day and we will not
forget that.

My name is Niels Strazdins, and on behalf of myself and my wife Amanda, I would like to provide some feedback regarding the services of our wonderful celebrant, Coral Kortlepel.

I am Canadian and my wife is American, and at the time we contacted her to make the arrangements for our Australian wedding we were living in South Korea. This could have made things very complicated and difficult for us to arrange, but thanks to Coral it was as easy as could be. We were even right up against the one-month-and-one-day notice requirement and that was not a problem thanks to her very clear and prompt instructions.

In the days leading up to our wedding, on our wedding day itself, and in the days following our wedding, Coral made sure everything in the planning and execution of our wedding went flawlessly. We feel very lucky to have had her services and support behind us.

Coral is more than deserving of the awards she has received in the past, and we wish her many more to come. They truly are a reflection of the excellent service she provides couples.

To any other couples out there looking for a marriage celebrant my husband and I were married in

Sydney, by Coral Kortlepel. We chose to get married in Sydney for a couple of reasons . . . first, we both love Australia and thought the wedding ceremony would be beautiful with the Opera House and the Sydney Bridge in the background; secondly, my stepdaughter (Michael's daughter from a previous marriage) who was 12 years old, has always wanted to go to Australia.

So, we decided to schedule our wedding there AND celebrate her 13th birthday,which was October 25th, all at the same time. Despite the fact that the weather was very cold and raining the night of our ceremony, it was still a magnificent and memorable ceremony. We both attribute much of the success to the efforts made by Coral Kortlepel. We were originally scheduled to get married outside at the Tapian Garden (spelling?), and the hour before the ceremony, due to rain, Coral managed to get the Botanical Gardens (at the Rose Garden and under cover), to allow our ceremony to be conducted there. With no effort on our part, Coral arranged to have Michael Zanetti pick us up at our hotel to have preliminary photos taken there, then to go and have photos done with the bridge and Opera House in the background, prior to arriving at the Rose Garden. Bob, with M & B Videos was awaiting our arrival at the Rose Garden so that we could also have the ceremony done in video, as well as photographed.

Since we live in California, there is no way we could have orchestrated a more perfect ceremony than Coral had arranged for us. I was given Coral's name by the Head Concierge at the Shangri La Hotel (Colin Toomy). I decided to trust his judgment and everything that Coral and I did, in advance of the wedding, was by email. She absolutely, without question, made this so incredibly easy on us, was so amazingly accommodating and we were so delighted when we met her in person. She and I made arrangements to meet, in person, at our hotel the day after our arrival (which was 3 days before our wedding ceremony). She is charming, professional, articulate, knowledgeable,and absolutely jumped through every hoop to accommodate my requests.

Since this was a second wedding for both of us, we wanted elegant but simplistic . . . it was everything I dreamed of and because of Coral, she made it seem bright and sunny, despite the chilling temperatures and rain, on the most special day of my life.

I will never forget my wedding day in Australia and much of that memory will always include Coral and the people she connected us with . . . our photographer, Michael Zanetti and our videographer/Aust, Bob. We topped the evening off with a beautiful dinner at Aria . . .

I would recommend Coral, Michael and Bob to anyone traveling to Australia for a wedding. I am happy to answer any questions you might have, should you want to reach out to me.

Thank you so much for your lovely email! We had my sister Jordan over for dinner last night and she was showing Tim and I some of the film footage from the ceremony on North Wollongong beach. Simply stunning. Brought tears to my eyes all over again. Your advice to write that affirmation the night before the wedding came true - we had nothing but perfect weather and a perfect ceremony filled with perfect people and perfect times shared together. What a magical setting and what a magical wedding! You truly helped to realise our wildest dreams and for that we both thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I don't think Tim and I fully appreciated how gorgeous everything looked as we were in the eye of the storm, so to speak. There was so much to take in and I was so overwhelmed by everything on the day. I am so pleased that my sister was able to take this footage as there was so much that I missed on the day, it is lovely to think that we will be able to re watch this footage over and over again in the years to come as it was truly the happiest day of our lives together, and thank you for being such an important part of our day.

All of my friends remarked on what a beautifully crafted and moving order of service you devised for the day. Everything from the warming of the wedding rings by our guests, the aisle and circle of flowers on the sand, the lighting of the remembrance candle, the gorgeous readings from Shakespeare and Captain Correlli, the heartfelt vows and the affirmation of our parents and loved ones by including them in the service itself, all of this helped to create a commitment ceremony that felt sacred and yet joyous at the same time. It was the most incredible affirmation of life, love, commitment, friendship and family that I have ever been apart of. Thank you Coral. Thank you so much!

As we said during our wedding speech, we were truly blessed to have the support, professionalism, skills and advice of you and Amanda on the day. We have already been approached by a number of our friends, family members and even members of the Novotel staff who are keen to enlist your surfaces. Our groomsmen Stuart and Aaron are already keen to book you for the commitment ceremony in 2012. We continue to sing your praises to everybody we meet and will definitely be giving you our highest recommendations for the ABIA awards for 2011!!!

We are still awaiting for our friend Rod the photographer to finish processing his photos but thought we would pass onto you some of the amazing photos that have already started to appear on Facebook in the meantime.

Hi Coral

Firstly, congratulations on all your success. You're website looks amazing and you clearly continue to make very many people happy through your work.

As we are about to celebrate our 9th anniversary tomorrow we thought we would like to drop you a line to let you know about our life now. You may recall that we flew into Sydney the day before and Richard had to dash out in the morning and buy a shirt (which the shop assistant was very suprised about). We stayed at the ANA and had a beautiful day at the Botanical gardens. Your husband kindly came to be our witness and Helen, the photographer, was our second. Every year we get the photographs out and remember the fantastic time we had.

We are now living in our farmhouse which we managed to build ourselves after many years of trying to get permission. We also have 3 gorgeous girls, Charlotte 7 and Amy and Georgie who are 4. We've attached a photograph for your amusement! We are very happy and have made many people envious with our fairytale wedding the other side of world. Everyone is always amazed at the service you provided us and how lucky we were to find you.

When the girls are older (much older!) we are looking forward to bringing them back to visit and see Sydney for themselves.

This thank you note is a very small token for what you did for us. When we decided to get married in Sydney, living near Cirencester in England, we had no idea whatsoever where and how to go about it. Luckily we discovered your website and made contact with you.

From the moment i heard your voice and spoke to you I knew we would be in the best possible hands! You advised and organised everything absolutely perfectly and we felt reassured throughout the whole process of planning a wedding abroad leaving it all in your extremely capable hands. We did not need to worry about anything as you organised everything for us: the required paperwork, wedding location, beautifully worded ceremony, photographer, make up artist and venue not to mention a bottle of champagne.

Thanks to you we had the most fantastic day we could wish for and we know we would not have been able to have our dream wedding in Sydney had it not been for you. Thank you so much dear Coral!

Wow, what an incredibly busy time you have had this wedding season. I'm afraid that is the price you pay for being so lovely and wonderful at what you do!! Glad that you can enjoy a quieter time for a while though.

We both wanted to say a HUGE thank you for all you help and effort in helping put together a beautiful ceremony for us. What a wonderful day we had!! We couldn't have hoped for anymore. We had Paul's son Joshua involved as our best man, our family and our closest friends there to share it with us...and gorgeous weather- what more could we have asked for.

You were such a beautiful person to work with throughout the whole process, although i hate to use that term, as it didn't feel like a process at all ;-) You truly are a talented and gifted celebrant, and we are so happy that we found a way to have you involved in our day. People laugh when I tell them that we had to have you as our celebrant because you reminded me of my gorgeous mother!!! But once they saw you there, they understood exactly what I meant!! Happy belated New Year. I am so sorry we haven't been in touch sooner but we have been really busy getting ready for Christmas and seeing all of our family after returning home so life has been a little hectic to say the least. How are you? We just wanted to email you to say the biggest thank you possible for our perfect wedding day.

We cannot put into words how amazing the day was and how unbelievably lovely everybody involved was. I must admit I was a bit apprehensive as all the planning with you had been done over Email and we hadn't even been able to send you our deposit so there was nothing stopping you from cancelling the day. However as soon as we met you at the Holiday Inn we had no doubts in or mind that you were the perfect person to marry us. I loved the way you had our wedding day itinerary all organized in a folder and went through everything with us and explained exactly what would happen on the day. Everything was perfect and I couldn't have asked for more. Everything I asked for you provided, nothing was missed out. I really can't say what my favorite part of the day was (apart from getting that ring on my finger hehe)

The view was amazing, the petals along the aisle, the fact you knew my theme would be butterflies so there were starkly butterflies on each of the posts along the aisle, the cake!!!! White Belgium chocolate!! It was the best cake I had ever tasted. Everyone who was booked by you to be part of the day were brilliant, friendly and extremely professional.

The hair and make up lady was fantastic and such a crazy and fun lady, the videographer was great and we are so happy with the DVD he did, we have watched it so many times and it so captures the spirit of the day and every time we watch it we have fits of giggles just like I did on the day!

The photographer Michael was also fantastic beyond words. I have never seen wedding photos like ours! Very modern and extremely professional, he is a very talented man! We met him for a beer when he gave us our album and CD before we left to come home back to England. We also received the DVD before we left to come home. We cannot thank you enough for such a special day and I wish I could do it all over again and Coral you are wonderful.

Well here we are, all returned from our absolutely amazing honeymoon and jetlagged to the eyeballs (pardon the pun!!)

I wanted to take some time to let you know how we feel about the absolutely incredible service you gave for our wedding in September this year.

Leading up to a wedding is an extremely overwhelming, stressful time, as you are well aware! You made the preparations for our ceremony so absolutely easy, comfortable and the reassurance that you gave was perfect. Planning a wedding from overseas proved to be very challenging at times, but your willingness to communicate over email was deeply appreciated. Your enthusiasm to meet with me during my “flying” trips through Sydney made my job even easier.

The rehearsal, which again you exceeded all expectations by coming to Balmoral Beach, was wonderful. Your ability to assist in bringing all of my dreams and images in my head to a reality was such a blessing. This was also the first time that you had a chance to meet Matt, and I know, just as I did, that he knew you were the right person to marry us.

Your encouragement, your support and true love for sharing these special times with people really shines through from yourself personally and through the words that you deliver, whether they are in ceremony or just in conversation.

The ceremony itself was absolutely everything that Matt and I ever dreamed of. Your wonderful words, true caring nature and gentleness was felt by every person there. Not only the written word that we had you read, but the unwritten that you delivered was truly inspirational. There was not one person there that did not ask about you, who you are, how we found you and how lovely you and your words were.

It is so very hard to put into words how we feel about the love you added to our special day, I can only hope that you read this with all the love and thanks that it was written with.

We have sent you some photos of our special day and hope that you will remember our ceremony. These pictures have been substantially reduced from their original format and therefore may not print well. If you would like printed versions, we would be most happy to send them to you in the post or email you the larger files that you can print from.

So in closing Coral, a huge thank you from both Matt and I. We are truly thankful that the Universe lead us to you. We could not have wanted for anything more. Your poise, grace and love is truly inspirational.

I will always remember Micheal and I completing our vows and realising we were above the Opera House and the gorgeous Harbour.
